RESPONSIBILITIES: MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Organizes the daily work for room boys • In charge of requisitioning of the chemical product and the cleaning materials • Monitoring and implementation of the deep cleaning plan • Control the cleaning of the room and area • Reporting of anomalies • Following the action plan • In charge of bedding inventory • Followed and update cleaning process • Monitoring and amelioration of customer satisfaction • Imolement and follow ongoing training of the room boys • Followed compliance with the KPI (Performance indicators); • Monitoring of the work improvement of rooms boys • Assess the need necessary for the proper functioning of the service • Monitoring of cleaning process |
